These terms govern your use of css.tech, operated by Complete Software Solutions (“CSS,” “we,” “us”), 1122 Lady St, Columbia, SC 29201. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

CSS builds and sells software products, takes on custom web and software development work, and lists businesses it has built and operates. The site describes those offerings and lets you contact us, request a meeting or inquire about a product or business.

No contract from the site alone

Information on this site, including descriptions, pricing guidance and listed businesses, is for general information and is not an offer that you can accept by clicking a button. Submitting a form is a request for us to contact you. A purchase, project or acquisition happens only under a separate written agreement signed by CSS and you, and that agreement controls over these terms.

Businesses and financial information

Information about businesses and products we list may be shared only after you acknowledge a confidentiality (NDA) agreement, and some figures may not be shared at all until verified. Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. You are responsible for your own due diligence before any purchase.

Your submissions

You agree that the information you send us is accurate and that you have the right to send it. Please do not submit sensitive information such as payment card numbers, government ID numbers or passwords through the forms. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to it or its internal dashboard, probing or disrupting it, sending spam or automated submissions, or using it for anything unlawful. The staff dashboard is for authorized CSS personnel only.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, logos and software are owned by CSS or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site and share its pages, but may not copy, resell or build on its content or branding without our written permission.

Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services such as Google Maps and Facebook. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that its content is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Paid work is governed by its own written agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Richland County, South Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
